1. Order and payment

You choose a service in ITNA — a flight, a hotel or a transfer — and confirm the order. Before you confirm, the price, the fare terms and the amount to pay are shown.

The order is paid at booking, in full, with a Visa, Mastercard, Humo or Uzcard card. Prices are shown in US dollars or euros; if your card is in another currency, the bank that issued it converts the amount at its own rate. The payment is received by ITNA.

2. Cancellation, refunds and refunds to the card

A booking can be cancelled under the terms of its fare. Before you confirm the cancellation, ITNA shows the penalty under the fare and the amount to be refunded — each as a single figure.

A refund for a card payment goes back to the same card through the acquiring bank; the time it takes to appear depends on the banks. For a business trip paid on an invoice, the refund is settled with the company under its agreement with ITNA.

3. Delivery of the service

The service is delivered when the supplier has confirmed the booking and the confirmation is shown in your trip in ITNA. The travel service itself — the flight, the stay, the transfer — is provided by the supplier.

4. Security of card payments

Card payments are processed by the acquiring bank. 3-D Secure payment confirmation and PCI DSS compliance are provided by the bank. The card number and the CVV code are not transmitted to ITNA’s servers.
