Terms of Use

1. The service
ITNA is a service for business and personal travel: searching and booking flights, hotels and transfers, company travel policy and approvals, expenses and trip reports. Bookings are made with the suppliers — airlines, hotels and transport providers — through ITNA.
2. Accounts and roles
A company account is opened by the company: its administrator invites employees and assigns roles. A personal account is for your own trips. Keep your sign-in details secret.
3. The assistant
The assistant puts together options and prepares requests. Nothing is booked or paid until you confirm it.
4. Bookings
A booking is confirmed when the supplier confirms it. Until then it is shown as being processed. Once it is confirmed, the booking and its confirmation details are shown in your trip in ITNA.
5. Payment, cancellation and refunds
5.1. Payment methods
A trip is paid at the moment of booking, in full. Prices are shown in US dollars or euros — the currency you choose. If a supplier prices a service in another currency, ITNA converts it into dollars or euros at its rate at the time of booking and shows the result before you confirm.
You can pay with a Visa, Mastercard, Humo or Uzcard card. If your card is in another currency, the bank that issued the card converts the amount at its own rate. A personal trip is paid with a personal card; a business trip with a corporate card or on an ITNA invoice when the company has agreed settlement for a period.
The amount shown before you confirm is what you pay at booking, including the hotel’s taxes and fees. Where a hotel collects a tax at check-in, it is shown as a separate line before you confirm. All payments are received by ITNA, and ITNA itself pays the airlines, hotels and transport providers. The type of a paid trip — business or personal — does not change: to change it, the trip is cancelled with a refund and booked again.
5.2. Cancellation and penalties under the fare
Each fare has its own cancellation terms; they are shown before you book. A cancellation follows the terms of the fare.
Before you confirm a cancellation, ITNA shows the penalty and the amount to be refunded — each as a single figure.
5.3. How and when refunds are made
A refund for a card payment goes back to the card you paid with, through the acquiring bank. The time it takes to appear depends on the acquiring bank and the bank that issued the card.
For a business trip paid on an ITNA invoice, the refund is settled with the company under its agreement with ITNA.
6. ITNA Rewards
ITNA Rewards is a programme of rewards in money for paid bookings. These rules apply from the launch of the programme; until then, reward amounts shown in ITNA are estimates and are not credited.
Personal trips: 30% of ITNA’s service fee for hotels, transfers and activities; for a flight — up to $5 per passenger, the most for the better-value option.
Business trips: a share of ITNA’s service fee, up to 40%, larger for a better-value choice.
A reward is credited only for a booking paid with a real card payment. If a paid item is cancelled, the reward for it is reversed. Rewards may be used only toward your own personal trips. The balance expires after 24 months without activity — counted from the last credit or use.
7. Acceptable use
Use ITNA lawfully and in good faith. Interfering with the service, attempting unauthorised access and using other people’s data are prohibited.
